We will accept
any unopened bottles for return within
30 days of the original purchase.
All unopened bottles must arrive undamaged,
have the original seal, with no damage
to the label or bottle (new condition).
To receive a refund you must request
an RMA# (authorization)
number from the Customer Service
Ticket Center. After receiving
an RMA# it must be clearly written
on the outside of the package. Packages
received without a valid RMA# will
NOT be accepted. RMA # is valid
for 3 days only. Customers are solely
responsible for shipping any returned
products to SHC. All returns must
be accompanied by a Return
Request Form. Return Requests
forms that are not completed and signed
will be rejected.
After returning product(s)
allow 3-4 weeks for
your refund to be processed.
SHC is not responsible for items that
may be lost, damaged or returned or
any other reason the package may not
arrive at our office in a timely manner.
We will not be responsible to refund
you if you gave us an inaccurate shipping
address such as typo. No return will
be allowed for bulk/wholesale orders.
If product(s) are not adequately insured
and are damaged or lost while being
shipped to us, we cannot issue a refund.
Fraudulent Activities
We work very hard with law enforcement
authorities to investigate and prosecute
the fraudulent use of credit cards.
Our system automatically verifies
all addresses with VISA, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. Your
IP address will be automatically recorded
as part of your order. All
fraudulent activities will be reported
directly to FBI. **Every
order that is made over $500, our
company requires a signed authorization
form which should be filled out by
the cardholder, and fax back to us
in order for us to process the order.
Promotional Offers
Any special promotional item(s) received
for either discount or no cost from
this web site in conjunction with
purchased items will be credited as
a part of the overall purchase. For
example, if you buy 2 bottles but
received 3 and decided to return 1,
you will be refunded 1/3 of total
amount you paid for the items.
Cancellations
Cancellation of orders will be accepted
within 6 hours of shopping Cart checkout
time, If you do not cancel within
6 hours a cancellation fee $7.99 will
be charged. Please call us at 1-800-701-4556
to cancel your order within 6 hours
of placement. If the order is already
in transit then it cannot be cancelled
and you would be responsible for shipping
costs and a 20% restocking fee if
the order is refused. So please make
sure all of your questions are answered
before placing your order.
Damaged shipping container/package
Please report any missing merchandise
or other errors in your order within
48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours,
SHC will conclude that your order
was completed accurately. No claims
will be accepted after that time.
If your order arrives and its shipping
container appears crushed, folded,
or severely damaged, notify that freight
company immediately (usually UPS,
800-PICK-UPS) and keep all packaging
and contents for proof. The freight
company may have to come pick up the
damaged package from you. An inquiry
and investigation process from the
freight company will proceed and will
usually take 7-10 business days. Call

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We are not responsible for any customs
restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations
that may apply in countries outside
of the United States. If you have
any questions, we encourage you to
speak with your customs office, although
we will ship any products you order
to the address you provide.
The laws are different in every country
and we cannot keep up with them all.
The responsibility is yours to check
with your country's Customs office
to see if your country allows the
shipment of products you ordered (or
wish to order) to your country.
We will do our part by following the
directions you provide when you order.
We will pick and ship the products
to a valid address that you provide.
We will give you the best customer
service and ship it as quickly as
possible at the rates that we agreed
to on our site. If for whatever reason
the package is seized by Customs Officials,
we will not issue you a refund unless
all products are returned to us in
their original condition. Most orders
make it through customs fine; and
those that are stopped are almost
always returned to us. Also, if the
package is returned to us by Customs
Officials, you are still responsible
for any shipping and restocking charges.
Any duties or taxes that may apply
over and above what we've already
paid are your responsibility. |
