Whether you purchase Hoodia diet pills from an Internet vendor or a retail store, we believe they should offer a reasonable return policy.

Reputable stores and online vendors will accept any unopened bottles of Hoodia gordonii for return within 30 days of the original purchase. All unopened bottles must arrive undamaged, have the original seal, with no damage to the label or bottle (new condition).

Generally, to receive a refund by mail you must request an RMA# (authorization) number from the online vendor's Customer Service department. After receiving an RMA# it must be clearly written on the outside of the package.

After returning product(s) you can expect to wait 3-4 weeks for your refund to be processed.

Damaged shipping container/package
You should report any missing merchandise or other errors in your order within 48 hours of delivery. If your order arrives and its shipping container appears crushed, folded, or severely damaged, notify that freight company immediately (usually UPS, 800-PICK-UPS) and keep all packaging and contents for proof. The freight company may have to come pick up the damaged package from you. An inquiry and investigation process from the freight company will proceed and will usually take 7-10 business days.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Be careful when placing online mail orders from companies in other countries. Customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations may apply in countries outside of the United States. If you have any questions, I encourage you to speak with your customs office, before you purchase any products by mail order outside of the US.
