Hoodia-Healthy Weight Loss-Sensible Nutrition and A Low Calorie Diet:
1. Calories: Eat too many calories, and we all know what happens. Eat too few calories and you reduce your metabolic rate falls so low, losing real weight becomes a real uphill struggle. The key-is in striking the right balance.

2. Protein: You need enough protein to build muscle mass, maintain healthy skin, hair and nails and feed your brain. Protein also increases your body's metabolic burn rate-provided that you consume less than 40 grams per meal.
